The staff was very friendly! It was great to have the Bistro there, didn't have to leave the hotel the whole weekend. Loved having a balcony option. Very nice room!

The room was well cleaned and groomed. The bed was so comfortable. The Front Desk Clerk showed top tier customer service. He was awesome!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is right in front of a Walmart which was very convenient.

The hotel was in a very good location and close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Right off the beltway so you have easy access to the expressway and interstates. Hotel was quiet and clean and hotel staff was very friendly at check-in.

The guy at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The room was very spacious and clean.price was also great.

The availability of ice cold refreshments at the bar (non alcoholic) this was great for myself and my daughter.

We were not able to get there due to a hurricane. When I called to request a fee waiver the representative was pleasant, appropriately sympathetic and helpful.
